These Terms and Conditions apply to the Spot Nav app ("Application") created by Spot Parking ("Service Provider") and govern your use of the Application as a free service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of the Application or any part of it is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property associated with the Application remain the sole property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may update or modify the Application or its services at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notifications.

The Application collects and processes personal data provided by you to deliver its services. Your data is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

The security of your device and account access remains your responsibility. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone may compromise security and result in the Application not functioning correctly.

You are responsible for any data charges or roaming fees incurred while using the Application. The Service Provider is not liable for any connectivity issues, data overages, or related expenses.

The Service Provider strives to ensure accuracy and uptime but is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on the Application’s data or features. Certain functionality depends on data provided by third parties, which may be subject to change.

You agree to accept software updates when made available. The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete the Application from your device.

Security and User Responsibility

While the Service Provider implements appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data, users are responsible for protecting their credentials and securing their devices. If a security issue is identified, please contact us immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. By using the Application, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Utah County, Utah.
