How the apps relate, and where product SKUs still live.
What is the difference between Admin and Partner?
Admin is one organization, lots, products, citations, and analytics. Partner is a portfolio of client organizations: templates, switch-into-org, and portfolio transactions. Same app, different mode.
What is Manage My Visit?
Manage My Visit is the white-label guest web: permits, sessions, citations, and vanity domains branded to the operator. It is separate from this marketing site and from the Spot Nav mobile app.
Do guests need the Spot Nav app?
No. Guests can pay from a QR or magic link on Manage My Visit, or use Spot Nav for the live map and mobile pay. Both hit the same products and sessions.
Where do payments and enforcement live?
This page names the apps. Enforcement SKUs (Scan to Cite, Digital Gate, Smart Enforcement) live on the Enforcement product page. Gates & kiosks is the lane deep-dive at /products/enforcement/gates. Checkout, rate types, and PCI live on Payments.
