This privacy policy applies to the Spot Nav app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Spot Parking (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

We retain User Provided Data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted in compliance with SOC 2 confidentiality and privacy principles.
Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at support@spotparking.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Once received, we will:
- Verify your identity
- Confirm the scope of deletion
- Delete your personal data within 10 business days unless legally required to retain it
- Confirm deletion via email
All requests are logged and processed according to our internal SOC 2-compliant procedures.
As of the most recent update, Spot Parking has not received any formal data deletion requests.

In the event of a data breach or security incident, the Service Provider has a documented incident response plan to address and mitigate the issue promptly. Users will be notified of any breaches affecting their data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
